We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Party Shop Sales Associate to join our party team! In this role, you'll assist customers in finding the perfect party decorations, supplies, and gifts for their special occasions. You will also be helping blow up balloons at our Balloon Bar. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, restocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organized store, and processing transactions at the register. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping customers plan celebrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection

• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions

• Restock shelves and organize displays

• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately

• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met

• Managing our balloon bar. This will include preparing customers balloon orders, inflating, tying and handling balloons and helium tanks.

• General store cleaning ie.) sweeping, dusting, mopping

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Flexible availability, including weekends and non-major holidays

Part Time Sales Associate-KEY HOLDER

Job description

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate – Key Holder to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about retail, party decor, (all things sparkly) thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take on added responsibility. As a key holder, you will support the management team by opening and closing the store, leading by example, and ensuring a smooth and successful day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment

• Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and returns

• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently

• Open and close the store according to company policies

• Lead the sales floor in the absence of management

• Assist in training and mentoring new associates

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising

• Ensure loss prevention policies are followed

• Handle cash and make bank deposits as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a key holder or leadership role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Basic math skills and proficiency in operating POS systems

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
