What is OhMy! Creative?

OhMy! Creative is a “Party in a Box” concept that currently sells exclusively online. We have done the work for you to have a beautiful & memorable party down to the real table linens, and real cake stands. A mix of disposable & non-disposable items that you can use again & again! The perfect choice for anyone that wants a Pinterest-level party all delivered to your door in one box.

What do I do if an item in my box is damaged/missing/incorrect?

First, please accept our sincere apologies. We take great care in packaging your order and if we make a mistake, we want to correct this error immediately. Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your box: or call us at (619) 374-6839 or Toll Free (833) OMC-2345

How long will it take for me to receive my Party Box?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you once your parcel has shipped. All orders are shipped from San Diego, and your delivery date is dependent upon the receiving address. Standard rate delivery estimates are provided below:

  • Orders to West Coast addresses typically take 2 to 3 business days.
  • Orders to Southern and Midwestern states typically take 4 to 5 business days
  • Orders to East Coast addresses typically take 5 to 7 business days
Shipping times are not guaranteed and can vary based on location, time of year, and weather. OhMy! Creative Party is not responsible for any delays due to the carrier.

Why don’t you sell individual party items?

We have curated our boxes as a “whole party” however with your purchase of one of our party boxes, you have the option to add on more items. Our “add-ons” can be found on the “Shop” page.

How far in advance should I order my Party Box?

Our suggestion is 10 -14 days prior to your event date. If your event date is coming up sooner, we do offer an express shipping option.

Do I get to keep the non-disposable items in my Party Box?

Yes, absolutely. We tried to pick items that could be used again and again whether for another party or home decor.

What happens if I don’t want everything in the box?

We have curated our boxes as a “whole party” unit with the vision of every item having purpose as well as our pamphlet insert with a suggested display of those items. We do not accept individual returns since every box is sold as a complete unit. If you feel like something didn’t quite work for you, we love receiving feedback, please email us anytime:

Do you ship internationally?

Do you have a brick and mortar store?

We sell exclusively online but that's not to say we won’t have one in the future.

Will you be offering more party themes?

Yes, yes and yes. We have so many amazing ideas and cannot wait to share them with you. Keep checking back with us and if you have any recommendations for us, we would love to hear them (who knows your ideas may be our next inspiration):

Do you offer the options to purchase additional items for your box?

Yes, these are our “add-ons”. On every party box product page, you will see a link to buy "add-ons". Click the link to take you to our selection of extra items! These items include but are not limited to additional tableware, birthday candles, cake toppers, straws, disposable trash bins and photo backdrops with props and more. This list is subject to change, please keep checking back.

What happens if I have more than 8 people?

No problem! Every box's product page has an option to add additional items including our tableware sets. Click the link located below our product description. It says "Need a few more items? Checkot our ADD-ONS Page! " We offer our tableware sets (plates, cups, napkins, flatware) in increments of 8. Just remember it’s better to have more than not enough when it comes to your party.

Can I customize the items in my box?

We are not offering this option at this time.

Do you offer returns?

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to accept returns. All purchases are final sale. We will offer returns and exchanges once we are able to operate at full capacity once again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!

Can I change my order once it’s been processed?
