To Place an Order for Pickup:

- Make sure you select the "Add Helium" price from the drop down menu on the product page.
- Add the quantity needed for each item.

-Please give us the Pick Up/Event date requested in the Notes section of checkout. Review your order Carefully before ordering.

- At Checkout: Please Select the Local Pick up Option. (NOTE: WE DO NOT DELIVER HELIUM BALLOONS AT THIS TIME. PICK UP ONLY- THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING)
- If we have any issues or questions about your order, we will contact you. You order will be on hold until we hear back.
-If you have any questions or issues, please let us know. We always take walk in orders as well!
NOTE: Always keep helium balloons in cool environment. Heat can make the balloons expand and POP! (Trust us, we know from experience..)
Common Balloon FAQ's
Why Is Helium so Expensive?
Sadly, helium is not a renewable resource. They say we might run out in the next 25 years! Besides the limited supply, it is also the sourcing costs have gone up, demand has gone up, supply disruptions and shipping cost increases. Unfortunately it's out of our control, but we do try give an extremely competitive rate to our customers.

If I order my balloons today, when can I pick them up?
Orders placed before noon (EST) can many times be fulfilled the same day! Although we cannot guarantee it, so we suggest placing an order a few day before needed if possible.

Can I bring in my own balloons and you blow them up?
Yes! We are more than happy to do that. We will go over the cost, which varies depending on shape and style of balloon. (How much helium it may need.)

Do you offer everything for your Balloon Bar online that you do In-Store?
Actually no. We do have additional custom balloon building kits that we only currently offer in store. Like ribbon choices, tassels and confetti stuffed balloons that are too difficult to offer online. However, we are working on changing that soon!

How Long will my Balloons Last once blown up?
​Standard Latex 12 in Balloons: 8-10 hours (extended with added Hi-Float)
Standard 18 in Foil Balloons: 3-5 Days
Standard 36 in Foil Balloons: 5-7 Days
40 In Letter or Number Balloons: 5-7 Days

** ALWAYS KEEP YOUR BALLOONS COOL AND OUT OF HEAT. FOIL BALLOONS ESPECIALLY CAN POP FROM EXPANDING IN THE HEAT.**
