Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you once your parcel has shipped. PLEASE list event date in Checkout Page or feel free to email us if concerned. We want to make sure you get your items in time for your event.

All orders are shipped from Summerville, and your delivery date is dependent upon the receiving address. Standard rate delivery estimates are provided below:

  • Orders to East Coast addresses typically take 2 to 3 business days. 

  • Orders to Southern and Midwestern states typically take 4 to 5 business days

  • Orders to West Coast addresses typically take 5 to 7 business days
     

Shipping times are not guaranteed and can vary based on location, time of year, and weather. OhMy! Creative Party is not responsible for any delays due to the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are excepted within 14 days of purchase date with original receipt and product must be unused and original condition on party shop purchases, except balloons.

 

If no receipt, you may exchange or be issued a store credit for the current price. Exchanges are available up to 30 days from purchase date.

 

Balloons and Balloon Services are Final Sale. Crafting Classes and services are final sale after 24 hours of class time. NO Refunds on No-Shows for Any Class. You may be able to exchange for another class with more than 24 hrs notice, but that is at the management's discretion. 

 

Ultimately all returns and exchanges are at the discretion of the OMC Management Staff.
